Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jericho Marquardt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Marciano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Jericho Marquardt has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jericho Marquardt seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Marciano misses with a series of wild punches.
Marquardt shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Marciano as he jumps to the side.
The fighters circle momentarily. Marciano darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Marciano cracks Marquardt with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Marciano throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Marquardt sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Marquardt checks the leg kick.
Marquardt scores with a kick to the midsection.
Good work by Marciano as he checks the leg kick.
Marquardt feints and then cracks Marciano's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Marciano down.
Marquardt on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Frank Marciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Marquardt postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Marciano looks a forlorn figure.

Marciano has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Marquardt is proving hard to escape from.

Marciano is sitting in close to Marquardt's body. Marquardt has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Marciano is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Marciano is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Marquardt.
