The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vamp takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

That has opened up Hyde Vamp's cut even more.
Johnson misses with a few strikes there.

Johnson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Johnson moves into range and connects with a jab.
Johnson throws a nice looking combination but Vamp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Johnson thows a body shot but no joy.

and Vamp counters with a series of strikes. Johnson will be more careful next time no doubt.
Vamp takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Johnson drops Vamp with a nice combination! Johnson dives into Vamp's guard, looking to finish!

The cut above Hyde Vamp's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Vamp preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Johnson wants to control from the top but Vamp keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Johnson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Johnson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Vamp works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Johnson throws and elbow that misses. Vamp uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Johnson's guard. Nice move by Vamp!

Johnson scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Vamp drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Hyde Vamp's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hyde Vamp's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
