Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mago Doido (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Faded Faded (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mago Doido!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Faded Faded!
The judges for this bout are Alexandre Firmino, Luis Engracia and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Faded clinches with his opponent.
Stalling in the clinch from Faded.

Faded is trying to trip Doido. He has hold of a leg but Doido is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Faded persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Faded showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Faded advances to half guard.
Faded looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Faded is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Doido is just riding it out for now. Faded eventually gives up the hold.
Faded slows the pace down in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Doido won't allow Faded to pass to mount.
Still in half guard, Faded seems content to control.

Despite being in the dominant position, Faded Faded just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Horrible takedown by Doido or perhaps it was just good defense by Faded which made him look bad.

Faded looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Faded has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Faded controlling the pace for now.
Faded takes Doido's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Doido is in trouble.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Faded biding his time, looking for the opening.

Faded misses with a takedown

and Doido counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Faded looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Faded working a defensive guard here.
Doido trying to control the position from guard on top but Faded is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Faded is on top in guard.
Faded is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Faded not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Faded trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Faded drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Doido dives on top into guard.
Faded looking for a sweep. Not yet Faded, not yet.

Faded had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Doido defends it easily.
Faded is breathing heavily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Faded wants to sweep here but Doido controlling him for the moment.

Doido drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Doido jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Doido shoots and misses

and Faded counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Faded.

Doido can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Faded controls the pace.

Faded Faded showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Faded closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Still in half guard, Faded seems content to control.
Faded tries to pass the half guard into mount. Doido knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
Faded moves nicely into side control.
Doido being controlled for a moment.
Doido is not content to let Faded control the position.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

A lull in the action here as Faded stalls from top position.

Doido drops back, looking for a kneebar! Faded looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Faded looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Faded!
Doido seems a little lost for a moment, as Faded dominates the positioning.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Faded works to advance to full mount. Doido defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Faded controlling the position easily from mount.
Faded is looking to work his way around to Doido's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.
Mago Doido has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Faded Faded is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Faded takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Faded Faded comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Faded has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
