Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Drake Snider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kingsley Zissou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Snider's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, i can walk on water i can fly- basshunter. Zissou has chosen Lightning Strike Rescue as his entrance music. Kingsley Zissou will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snider tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zissou swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zissou avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Zissou changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Snider tries to avoid it but Zissou manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Snider to the ground. Snider escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zissou closes this distance looking for a takedown but Snider circles away.
Snider throws out a loose jab but Zissou uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Zissou shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Snider sprawls well. Snider wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Zissou gets slowly back to his feet.
Drake Snider has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kingsley Zissou.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Snider leaves Zissou with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Snider moves in looking to clinch but Zissou pushes him off.
Zissou is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Zissou misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Snider tries to close the distance and clinch but Zissou swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

No luck with that takedown attempt from Zissou.

Snider changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Zissou looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Zissou is looking to regain half guard here but Snider keeps moving and retains side control.

Snider remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Zissou is trying to control Snider's posture but Snider avoids it.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Zissou tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Snider wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Despite being in the dominant position, Kingsley Zissou just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Snider closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Snider slows the pace down.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zissou is not content to let Snider control the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
