The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Musashi misses with a two punch combination.
Taps shoots in and drives through. Musashi sprawls well.
Musashi wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Taps fails with a takedown attempt.
Musashi cracks a nice hook into Taps's ribs.
Musashi stuffs the takedown.
Miyamoto Musashi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Seymour Taps.
Musashi lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Musashi lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Taps shoots for a double leg takedown but Musashi sprawls well. He's pushed Taps's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Taps looks gassed!
Musashi scores with a hook to the body. Taps takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Musashi feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Taps sprawling to the canvas! Taps rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Musashi finish him?!

Taps is rocked!
Musashi lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Taps is looking to close the distance but Musashi sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Taps crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Taps is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
