Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyato Namcino (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raiden Hayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Raiden Hayashi is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayashi keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Hayashi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Hayashi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Namcino looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Namcino takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

Namcino is stalling here. Hayashi is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Namcino seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Hayashi has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Hayashi decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Namcino tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Namcino drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hayashi is looking to stand up but Namcino isn't so interested in that idea.

A solid leg kick lands there for Hayashi.
Hayashi throws a head kick that half lands.
Hayashi bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Namcino's head backwards.
Hayashi dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Namcino. That did some damage!

Namcino has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Namcino shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hayashi sprawls well. Hayashi wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Namcino gets slowly back to his feet.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

and Namcino counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hayashi won't be happy with that.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hayashi tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.

That was a close round but I would say that Lyato Namcino will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Namcino closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Namcino lands in his opponent's guard.

Hayashi wants to stand and escape but Namcino is having none of it.
Hayashi is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Namcino shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hayashi as he jumps to the side.
Donk. Hayashi catches Namcino right on the button with a cross.
No joy there for Hayashi, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

That was a close second round but I would say that Lyato Namcino will probably get the nod.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Namcino cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

I would just about give that final round to Raiden Hayashi.
