The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vice lands with a shot to the body.
Danga de danga de dang - Al Hassan scores with a four punch combination!
Vice dives in and grabs Al Hassan's left leg, looking for a takedown. Al Hassan pushes down on Vice's head and hops out.
Al Hassan stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Al Hassan wants it to stay on the feet.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Vice is defended easily by Al Hassan.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tommy Vice. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Al Hassan throws a one two combo.
Vice shoots in for a takedown but Al Hassan shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Al Hassan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Vice closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Vice uses his free foot to push down on Al Hassan's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Al Hassan.

It looks like Babli Al Hassan has been cut.
