Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shave Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sneek a Mouse Marley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Face kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Welcome to the TerrorDome. Shave Face has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Face as Marley shoots in.
Face is looking to chop away at Marley's legs.
Sneek a Mouse Marley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Face stuffs the takedown attempt from Marley. Marley gets slowly back to his feet.
Marley closes the distance and clinches up with Face, looking for a takedown. Marley pushes Face against the cage but Face circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Shave Face has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sneek a Mouse Marley.
Face tries a low kick but Marley avoids it.
Marley tries to land a front kick but Face steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Face connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Face slaps away a takedown attempt from Marley, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Marley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Face's waist but Face gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Marley off to one side.

Marley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Face on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Face tries to get out of the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Marley postures up in Face's guard and throws a big left but Face blocks it.

Face knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Marley on the ground.
Marley advances to half guard.
Marley is taking a breather. Face says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Face won't allow Marley to pass to mount.
Marley stalling.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Marley is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Face doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Marley.

Marley is trying to work for a kimura but Face is defending well.
Marley thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Face to regain full guard.

Face keeping moving, preventing Marley from controlling successfully.
Face wants to sweep but no luck.
Marley trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Face misses with a two punch combination.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
A lazy left from Face finds it's target.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Face looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Face gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Marley to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Marley looking to sit in guard and control but Face gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Marley is looking for a triangle but Face pushes his legs off easily.

Marley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Face gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Marley manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Face manages to get himself to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Face lands a jab to the nose.
Face keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Face lands the left hand.
Marley looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Marley moves out of range as Face strikes.
Face is looking to land body kicks.
Face tests Marley's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Face lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Face.
Marley dodges the punch combination from Face.
Marley bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Face tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Marley was well out of range. Poor timing from Face.

Marley takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Face fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Marley looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Marley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Face defends it nicely.

Marley is breathing heavily.
No luck for Marley with that takedown attempt.
Face is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Marley shoots in and drives through. Face sprawls well.

Marley misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Marley fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Face avoids it really well and circles away.

It looks like Sneek a Mouse Marley has been cut.

Face lunges at Marley with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Marley's hand.

Face lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Marley takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Good leg kick by Face there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
A nice inside leg kick there by Face. That's going to slow Marley down.
Face lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Marley circles away quickly and effectively.

Face connects with a looping right hand.
Shave Face is winning the standup battle so far.
Decent striking displayed by Face there.
Jab, jab by Face - just one landing.
Marley shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Face defends it nicely.
Marley stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Face.
Face lands a nice hook to Marley's body. Marley takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Face is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Face scores with a sloppy right hand. Marley should have avoided that one.
Face lets loose with a powerful body kick. Marley will feel that in the morning.

Marley takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Face dips to his left and cracks Marley with an uppercut!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Marley crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Face - the referee stops the clock and Marley gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Face. Marley manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Marley drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Face misses with a hook. Marley ducked under it nicely.
Nice straight punches there by Face. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Face.
Marley lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Marley shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Face but Face pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Face moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

enabling Face to counter with a crisp jab.
Marley looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
