Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Troy Lynch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyree Gore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Troy Lynch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tyree Gore!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch checks a low kick from Gore.
Horrible takedown by Lynch or perhaps it was just good defense by Gore which made him look bad.
Gore misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gore wants to clinch.
Lynch shoots for a double leg takedown but Gore sprawls well. He's pushed Lynch's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Gore clinches up with Lynch and pushes him back against the cage.
Gore misses with an elbow over the top.
Gore has had enough of the clinch but Lynch keeps him there for the moment.
Gore wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Lynch has him pressed against the cage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gore will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Lynch wants to stand and escape but instead Gore has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Lynch bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gore's guard.

Lynch is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Lynch knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Gore on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Troy Lynch will probably get the nod.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Lynch controls Gore momentarily but Gore frees himself.

Lynch tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gore smiles and moves away.

Tyree Gore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

I would just about give that final round to Tyree Gore.
I think Gore has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
