The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Steven Brown and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Figgjo attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Stout tries to clinch but Figgjo moves out of range.
Stout tries to close the distance and clinch up but Figgjo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Stout misses with the combination.
Stout blocks a head kick by Figgjo.
Stout lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Figgjo closes the distance and clinches.
A frustrated look appears on Stout's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Stout is trying to break the clinch but Figgjo is controlling him.

It looks like Sam Stout has been cut.
Figgjo avoids the elbow strike from Stout, against the ropes.
Stout swings wildly with an uppercut but Figgjo uses good head movement to avoid it.
Figgjo scores a nice knee to the body.
Stout is breathing heavily.

Figgjo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Stout regains guard immediately.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Figgjo is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Stout is on top in guard.

Figgjo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Stout is aware though and is defending well.

Figgjo has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Stout can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Figgjo has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Stout doesn't defend quickly enough and Figgjo has managed to lock this one up! Can Stout escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Figgjo on a fantastic submission victory.
