Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dan Quigley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dante Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Reed Andrews and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Evans connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Evans thuds his right hand into Quigley's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Quigley has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

It looks like Dan Quigley has been cut.
Quigley tries to clinch but Evans moves out of range.
Quigley wants to clinch up but Evans keeps it at a distance.
Quigley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Evans swivels and escapes.
Quigley is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Quigley throws a left and a right that both miss
and Evans counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Evans has momentary wrist control but Quigley slips an elbow through the middle.
Quigley wants to stand but Evans is controlling his posture from full guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Quigley thows a big elbow that misses.
Evans is looking to stand up but Quigley isn't so interested in that idea.

Evans pushes Quigley off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Dan Quigley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Quigley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
No luck for Quigley with that takedown attempt.
Quigley is looking to clinch but Evans is avoiding it.
Dante Evans is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Quigley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Evans sprawls well. Evans wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Quigley gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Quigley. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Evans jabs Quigley right on the nose. Quigley blinks but takes it well.

Evans works over Quigley's head and body with a nice combination.

Quigley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Evans counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Evans connects with a good right hand that stumbles Quigley. Quigley circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Evans throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Quigley misses with a series of wild punches.
Evans has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Evans keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Evans getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Evans lands a nice shot to the body.
Left hook, right uppercut from Evans.

Quigley is rocked!
Evans walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Quigley drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Evans swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Quigley's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dante Evans!
