The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pujols throws a leg kick but Ford checks it.
Pujols throws a sloppy head kick and Ford moves out of range easily.
Horrible takedown by Pujols or perhaps it was just good defense by Ford which made him look bad.
Ford gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pujols connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Pujols misses with a takedown
and Ford counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Pujols!
Ford looking to ground and pound his opponent to a finish here.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ford cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
