Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jean Claude Van Damme!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Joshua Turner!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turner lands a nice looking body shot.
Turner ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Van Damme moves away.
Turner slips a jab from Van Damme.
Turner changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Van Damme looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Van Damme is letting Turner control him for a moment.
Turner's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Turner wants to lay and pray for a moment but Van Damme keeps working.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Turner swings around for an armbar but Van Damme sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Turner's guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Turner tries to close the distance and clinch but Van Damme swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jean Claude Van Damme has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joshua Turner.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Turner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Van Damme sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Turner somewhat.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

I would just about give that final round to Joshua Turner.
