Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kapeng Mainit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clincher Tradition (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kapeng Mainit has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tradition wants to clinch.

Mainit seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Mainit has his foot on Tradition's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Tradition works his way back into a safe position though.

Clincher Tradition dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Mainit avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Tradition changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mainit tries to avoid it but Tradition manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mainit to the ground. Mainit escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Tradition parries the strikes from Mainit easily there. Mainit is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Tradition to escape.
