Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between dmmmmmm mmmmmm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kim Woo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kim Woo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mmmmmm goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

mmmmmm closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Woo is refusing to be controlled, as mmmmmm sits in half guard.
mmmmmm thows a huge punch but Woo dodges it nicely.
mmmmmm could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
mmmmmm wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Woo uses the opportunity to regain full guard.

Woo is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, mmmmmm has managed to escape the submission attempt.

That was a close round but I would say that dmmmmmm mmmmmm will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Woo fails to land with a series of punches.
mmmmmm throws a head kick that Woo semi-blocks.
Woo lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but mmmmmm circles away quickly and effectively.

mmmmmm gets the takedown into side control.
mmmmmm in side control lands a decent elbow.
The strikes coming from mmmmmm are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

mmmmmm decides to stand back up. mmmmmm steps back and let's Woo get back to his feet.
Woo throws a nice looking combination but mmmmmm bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

mmmmmm thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

mmmmmm wants to lay and pray for a moment but Woo keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

mmmmmm throws and elbow that misses. Woo uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in mmmmmm's guard. Nice move by Woo!
mmmmmm wants to control the position but Woo says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard.
Woo tries to pass the half guard into mount. mmmmmm knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
mmmmmm avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Woo.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
mmmmmm wants to control but Woo is keeping busy and won't allow it.
dmmmmmm mmmmmm overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Woo drops an elbow to the side of mmmmmm's head.
mmmmmm looks like he's trying to stand up.
Woo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

mmmmmm is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Woo still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Woo has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Woo is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. mmmmmm is trying to escape and Woo transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and mmmmmm is forced to tap! Nice work there by Woo! Very nice indeed!
