Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beetlejuice drives through and clinches with Penn against the cage.
Beetlejuice pulls guard.
Beetlejuice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Penn gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Beetlejuice had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Penn is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Beetlejuice Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Penn's back instead.
Beetlejuice tries to get the hooks in deep but Penn pushed the leg off.
Penn is trying to stand back up.
Will Beetlejuice go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?
You can see the frustration on Penn's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Penn is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.
Beetlejuice is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Penn taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Beetlejuice.
