Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Corey Cormier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sun Ce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cormier kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pharoahe Monch - Simon Says. The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ce looks for a takedown but Cormier sprawls well.

Cormier misses with a series of wild punches.
Cormier stalks Ce and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Ce's face. Ce staggers backwards, shaken.

Cormier lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ce circles away quickly and effectively.
Cormier walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ce checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Ce tries to clinch up but Cormier circles away and keeps his distance.
Ce shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Cormier as he jumps to the side.
Corey Cormier has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sun Ce.

Ce shoots in for a takedown but Cormier shows good takedown defense.
Ce shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Cormier napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Ce is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Cormier knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Ce goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Cormier has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Ce but great work by Cormier.

Ce has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Cormier's lack of action.

Ce shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cormier as he avoids it easily.
Sun Ce seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ce looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Cormier!
Ce is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Cormier has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Cormier!

Cormier stands and steps away. Ce gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Cormier lands with a right and another and another! Ce is in big trouble! Cormier lands again and this time it's lights out for Ce! A quality knockout there for Cormier.
