Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kivi Kasvo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rogerio Werdum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Werdum misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kasvo connects with a nice looking jab.

Werdum wants to pass the guard but Kasvo is defending well.

Werdum wants to take a breather but Kasvo is having none of it.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Werdum cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Werdum throws some wild stikes that Kasvo manages to avoid easily.
Kasvo is trying to stand.

Werdum is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Kasvo has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Kasvo!
Werdum wants to sweep but no luck.

Werdum working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kasvo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kasvo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Werdum wants to sweep here but Kasvo controlling him for the moment.

Werdum has his foot on Kasvo's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kasvo works his way back into a safe position though.

Werdum lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Kasvo!

Werdum goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Kasvo turns into him and now he's in Werdum's guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

The fighters circling - Werdum throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Werdum stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Good leg kick by Kasvo there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Werdum.
Werdum tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Werdum throws an elbow but Kasvo slips to the side and avoids it well.

Werdum is trying to get an arm triangle but Kasvo is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Werdum postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Werdum lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.

Werdum has hold of Kasvo's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kasvo seems comfortable defending it but Werdum has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kasvo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kasvo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Werdum couldn't care less - he's delighted!
