Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Angry BlackGuy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sum Ting Wong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wong has chosen The Architect - DJ Davey B as his entrance music. Angry BlackGuy has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Angry BlackGuy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sum Ting Wong!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wong displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from BlackGuy.
BlackGuy throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
BlackGuy fails with a takedown attempt.

and BlackGuy counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Wong is looking for a sweep. BlackGuy is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Wong has one foot on BlackGuy's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

BlackGuy closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wong did well to prevent BlackGuy getting side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
BlackGuy throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
BlackGuy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Wong is pressing down on BlackGuy's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
BlackGuy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wong is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Wong gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from BlackGuy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Angry BlackGuy. That's going to take a lot out of him.
BlackGuy drops down looking for an ankle pick but Wong pulls his leg out and moves away.

BlackGuy feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
BlackGuy stops Wong from standing up.

BlackGuy is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Wong has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. BlackGuy is looking to defend but Wong has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for BlackGuy! Wong pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, BlackGuy taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Sum Ting Wong!
