Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tim Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felipe Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bandeira-J Nyce. Felipe Torres is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robinson forces Torres back against the cage and clinches.
Robinson with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Robinson tries for a takedown but Torres manages to get underhooks.
Torres looks to throw an elbow but misses.

Robinson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Torres tries to clinch up.
Torres avoids the head kick by Robinson.

Torres forces Robinson back against the cage and clinches.
Torres misses with an elbow strike.
Robinson managing to block the knees to the body from Torres.

Robinson has hold of one of Torres's legs. Torres is fighting the takedown attempt but Robinson gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Torres looking to hit a scissor sweep but Robinson is one step ahead there.

Robinson stands up from Torres's guard - Robinson perhaps looking for a knockout.
Torres tries to clinch up

and Robinson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Torres using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Robinson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Robinson pulls guard.

Torres drops back looking for a leg! Robinson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Robinson manages to kick Torres off! Torres jumps back into Robinson's guard.
Torres wants to pass the guard but Robinson is keeping the position.

Torres passes Robinson's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Robinson is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Torres's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Torres's back!
Torres manages to reverse the position and now he's in Robinson's guard. Nice work there by Torres.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Robinson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Torres passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Robinson is breathing heavily.

Torres wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Robinson, who protects the arm well.
Torres tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Torres is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Robinson is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Robinson manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Torres makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Torres.

Torres working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Robinson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Torres is tightening it up a little... Robinson has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Robinson reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Robinson taps out! nice BJJ there by Torres!
