Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brad Bombada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Moises Mir!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Aleksandr Martynov and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mir closes the distance and clinches up with Bombada, looking for a takedown. Mir pushes Bombada against the cage but Bombada circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Mir shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bombada as he avoids it easily.
Mir avoids the head kick by Bombada.
Bombada connects with a solid leg kick.
Mir shoots in for a double leg but Bombada sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Brad Bombada has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Moises Mir.
Mir keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Bombada fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mir looks gassed!
Bombada works Mir's body with a nice hook.
Mir takes a body punch but keeps moving.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mir takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

It looks like Moises Mir has been cut.
Mir takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Bombada buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Bombada scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Bombada throws a left that rocks Mir and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Bombada dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Mir regain composure!

Mir is rocked!

Bombada decides to stand up, so the ref orders Mir to his feet.
Mir is still on wobbly legs! Can Bombada finish him?
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Bombada has cracked Mir with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Bombada lands another huge swinging hook and Mir tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Mir, before Bombada can land any more shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Brad Bombada!
