The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paukku lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
stame misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
stame shoots in and drives through. Paukku sprawls well.
Paukku drops stame with a nice combination! Paukku dives into stame's guard, looking to finish!

stame is rocked!
Paukku working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
stame is still in real trouble! Can Paukku finish him?
stame really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Paukku. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
stame wants to improve his position but instead Paukku has moved into half guard.
stame tries to get to full guard but Paukku has control of the leg.
stame is not content to let Paukku control the position.
stame seems to have recovered his senses.
stame misses with some strikes from the bottom.
stame wants to get back to full guard.

Paukku blocks the strikes from stame.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Paukku scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Paukku connects with a stiff jab that staggers stame - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
