Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, George Francis and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roofer connects with a crisp jab.
Roofer throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Stafjard was covering up waiting for the punch and Roofer finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Roofer trying to stand up but can't free himself from Stafjard's guard.
Roofer is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Stafjard is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Stafjard has escaped and now he's on top!
Stafjard pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Roofer is keeping the position for now.
Roofer is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Roofer looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Stafjard puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Stafjard tries to pass the half guard into mount. Roofer knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Stafjard maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Roofer could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Stafjard has cracked it and Roofer is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Stafjard!
