Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Harrison Ovaltine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abel Stamp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ovaltine comes to the ring accompanied by Rammstein - Sonne. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Harrison Ovaltine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Abel Stamp!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Aleksandr Martynov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stamp drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Ovaltine tries to improve position but can't.
Ovaltine trying to remain calm as Stamp controls from the top position.
Stamp tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Ovaltine is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Stamp off and has taken his back!
Stamp trying to control the hands but Ovaltine won't let him.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Stamp breaks Ovaltine's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Stamp is looking to stand up but Ovaltine won't let him.

Stamp is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Ovaltine controls Stamp momentarily but Stamp frees himself.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Stamp fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Stamp scores with a one two! Ovaltine had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Stamp avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ovaltine moves out of range of the leg kick from Stamp.
Ovaltine throws a half hearted mid kick.
Ovaltine throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Stamp throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Ovaltine.

Stamp lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Ovaltine backs up against the ropes.

Stamp connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ovaltine's hands.
Stamp uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ovaltine has time to react.

Stamp lands a nice hook to Ovaltine's body. Ovaltine takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ovaltine rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Stamp moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Ovaltine tries to clinch up but Stamp circles away and keeps his distance.
Ovaltine ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Stamp moves away.

Stamp lands a right hook to the body.
Ovaltine fails to land with a series of punches.
Stamp looks to land a combination but Ovaltine avoids it well.
Stamp lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Ovaltine is looking to clinch but Stamp is avoiding it.
Harrison Ovaltine is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ovaltine looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Stamp throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Ovaltine swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Stamp slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Stamp jabs Ovaltine right on the nose. Ovaltine blinks but takes it well.
Ovaltine ducks right into an uppercut from Stamp.

Ovaltine has taken the fight to the clinch.

Stamp breaks from the clinch.
Stamp throws a good cross that connects.
Stamp works over Ovaltine's head and body with a nice combination.
Stamp throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Stamp throws a right and a left that Ovaltine avoids nicely.

Stamp feints and as Ovaltine raises his hands in defense, Stamp changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ovaltine keeping moving, preventing Stamp from controlling successfully.
Ovaltine wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Stamp is now in half guard.

Stamp gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Harrison Ovaltine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ovaltine moves in looking to clinch but Stamp pushes him off.
Ovaltine closes the distance but Stamp moves to the side
and Stamp counters with a nice uppercut.
Ovaltine dodges the punch combination from Stamp.

It looks like Abel Stamp has been cut.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Stamp!
Stamp throws a right and a left that Ovaltine avoids nicely.
Stamp looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Stamp connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Stamp shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Stamp stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Ovaltine to get to his feet.

Ovaltine lands with a slapping head kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stamp closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ovaltine circles away.
Ovaltine connects with a single shot there.
Stamp shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ovaltine misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Stamp counters with a stiff right hand.
A clash of legs there as Stamp blocks the low kick.
Ovaltine throws a series of punches but Stamp avoids them all with ease.
No joy there for Ovaltine, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Stamp counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Ovaltine!

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Stamp wants to control the pace but Ovaltine is squirming around nicely.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Ovaltine can't escape the position.
Stamp trying to control but Ovaltine is having none of it.
Stamp controlling the position easily from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Abel Stamp showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Ovaltine connects with a nasty looking knee right to Stamp's face.

Ovaltine lets loose with a powerful body kick. Stamp will feel that in the morning.

Stamp connects with the punch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Ovaltine moves in looking to clinch but Stamp pushes him off.
Ovaltine has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Stamp might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Abel Stamp is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Stamp controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Despite being in the dominant position, Abel Stamp just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ovaltine is looking to clinch but Stamp is avoiding it.

Stamp shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Stamp showed some decent athleticism there.
