The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Condor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mays pinned against the cage. Mays gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Mays slips a jab and a cross from Condor.
Condor misses the jab.
Condor ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Mays punishes Condor's body with a nice straight punch.
Condor misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Condor throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Condor with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Mays to score with a decent uppercut.
Condor needs to keep his hands up - Mays had a free shot at his head there.
Mays takes a swing at Condor's ribcage but misses.

Mays displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Condor throws out the jab.

Condor is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mays is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Condor.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Condor walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Mays swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
