Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Cute (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artur Voevoda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cute comes to the cage accompanied by Eye of the Tiger. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shigeki Sano.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Voevoda changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Cute tries to avoid it but Voevoda manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Cute to the ground. Cute escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Voevoda shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cute as he avoids it easily.
Cute throws a jab when Voevoda was well out of range.
Cute tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Cute moves into range and clinches up with Voevoda.
Voevoda has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cute avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Tom Cute has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Artur Voevoda.
Cute has Voevoda pushed against the cage.

Cute ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cute no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Cute seems keen to control Voevoda's posture.

Cute throws his legs up looking for a submission but Voevoda uses it to pass to side control.

Voevoda stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Voevoda closes the distance and clinches up with Cute, looking for a takedown. Voevoda pushes Cute against the cage but Cute circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Cute prevents the takedown attempt.
Cute landing knees to the head.

It looks like Artur Voevoda has been cut.

Cute breaks the clinch.
Cute connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Voevoda looks gassed!

Cute is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Voevoda's half guard.
Cute throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Cute is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Cute is pressing down on Voevoda's thigh, looking to free his foot. Voevoda is holding on for now.

Cute working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Voevoda tries to roll over but Cute keeps him under control.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Voevoda is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Cute is trying to control the action in half guard but Voevoda is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Cute is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cute is working for a kimura but Voevoda is defending it quite comfortably.
Voevoda slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Cute works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Voevoda is working on a guillotine. He's managed to get to full guard and he's really squeezing tight! Cute is tapping! Great win for Voevoda!
