The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Burglar shoots in and bounces Johnson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Johnson has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Burglar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Burglar wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.
Johnson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Burglar!
Burglar is looking to improve his position but Johnson isn't that keen on the idea.
Burglar regains half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Burglar tries to get to full guard but Johnson has control of the leg.
Johnson wants to pass the guard but Burglar is defending well.

Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Burglar on the ground.

Johnson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Johnson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Burglar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Johnson has managed to get both his arms back between Burglar's legs - danger averted.

Burglar escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Johnson gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Johnson drops back looking for a leg! Burglar is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Burglar manages to kick Johnson off! Johnson jumps back into Burglar's guard.
