PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nathaniel Reigle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rooie mano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reigle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is So Common So Cheap. rooie mano is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mano defending well as Reigle loads up on a big left hand.
Nice jab there from Reigle.
mano walks into a jab.
No joy there for Reigle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Reigle stuffs the takedown attempt from mano. mano gets slowly back to his feet.
mano misses with a takedown attempt - Reigle sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
mano has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Reigle finds it's way round the side to connect with mano's head.
Horrible takedown by mano or perhaps it was just good defense by Reigle which made him look bad.
Nathaniel Reigle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of rooie mano.
Reigle lands a right hook to the body.
Reigle moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
mano closes this distance looking for a takedown but Reigle circles away.

Reigle throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Reigle lands a nice shot to the body.
mano looks gassed!
A good leg kick by Reigle.
Reigle fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Reigle cracks the inside of mano's front leg.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
mano drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

mano takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
mano is still on wobbly legs! Can Reigle finish him?
Reigle closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops mano! Reigle dives in looking to finish! mano is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
