The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Puzzle or perhaps it was just good defense by Turko which made him look bad.
Turko moves into the clinch.
Turko lands an elbow that stopped Puzzle in his tracks for a moment.

Turko manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Turko connects with a nasty looking knee right to Puzzle's face.

Turko breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Turko lands with a hook. Puzzle tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Turko rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Puzzle moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Turko pushes Puzzle up against the cage in a clinch.

Jason Puzzle's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Jason Puzzle's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
