The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ung shoots in but no luck this time.
Ung looks for a takedown but Driggers sprawls well.
Driggers throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
A jab from Driggers does it's job there.

It looks like Kevin Ung has been cut.
Ung shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Driggers defends it nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kevin Ung. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Driggers smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Ung misses with a body kick.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ung is defended easily by Driggers.
Driggers lands a jab.
Ung closes the distance and clinches up with Driggers, looking for a takedown. Ung pushes Driggers against the cage but Driggers circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Ung uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Driggers.
Driggers connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Kevin Ung's cut is getting worse.
Dustin Driggers is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ung slips under a jab.
Ung fails with a takedown attempt.
Ung blocks a leg kick.
Driggers thumps Ung with a low kick.
The crowd cheers as Driggers lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ung doesn't seem phased though.
Driggers throws the left hand but Ung avoids the punch easily.

Ung shoots for a takedown but Driggers saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Driggers drops Ung with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ung looks back up at him and smiles so Driggers waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Kevin Ung's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kevin Ung's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
