The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cantrell takes the fight into the clinch.
Cantrell is working Carnage over against the cage.
Carnage wants to break the clinch but can't.
Knees in the clinch landing for Cantrell.
Carnage goes for a takedown attempt but Cantrell pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Cantrell moves in looking to clinch but Carnage pushes him off.
Good leg kick by Cantrell there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Cantrell, right into the meat.
Cantrell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carnage paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cantrell thows a body kick. Carnage tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Cantrell connects with a solid leg kick.
Cantrell throws a head kick that misses.
A slow jab from Carnage misses its intended target.
Cantrell tries to clinch there but Carnage circles away.
Carnage missing with a left hand there. Cantrell was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Cantrell thumps Carnage with a low kick.
Carnage takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Cantrell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Carnage paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Cantrell connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cantrell with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Carnage keeps the fight on the outside.
Cantrell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Carnage swats him away and circles back towards the center.

and Cantrell connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Carnage gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Cantrell counters by moving into the clinch.
Carnage fails to pull guard.
Spinbob Cantrell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rudolph Carnage.
Cantrell lands with a short shot to the head.
Cantrell lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Carnage is working for takedown but Cantrell is calmly controlling the position for now.
Carnage takes an elbow to the temple.
Carnage is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Cantrell gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Carnage looks gassed!
Carnage is trying to break free.
Carnage tries to circle away but Cantrell has him pinned against the cage.
Cantrell comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Rudolph Carnage has been cut.

Cantrell keeps control of Carnage as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
