The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Anthony jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tacious walks away with a smile on his face. Anthony gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Anthony counters with a takedown into side control.

Anthony tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Anthony has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Tacious really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anthony. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Anthony wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Tacious, who protects the arm well.
Anthony cracks Tacious with a big right hand but Tacious just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Anthony has hold of Tacious's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Tacious tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Anthony cranks the arm and Tacious screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Tacious, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
