The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McRoberts scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
McRoberts is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Marciano knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Marciano is trying to control McRoberts's posture but McRoberts avoids it.
The referee asks McRoberts politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. McRoberts prefers to stall for the moment though.
Marciano is looking for a sweep.
McRoberts is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Marciano has escaped the position, nice work there.
McRoberts tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no McRoberts has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Marciano tries to kick McRoberts off in order to stand up. McRoberts Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
McRoberts is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Marciano looks calm but he's in trouble here. McRoberts gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Marciano is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! McRoberts lets go of the hold and Marciano can pop his arm back in it's socket.
