Rusic fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Armstrong sprawls well initially but Rusic persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Rusic is working for an americana but Armstrong has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Rusic was thinking about the submission.
Armstrong wants to get back to his feet but Rusic is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Rusic has gone for a leg lock! Armstrong slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rusic's guard.
