The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rolling is defended easily by Molina.
Rolling tries to close the distance and clinch but Molina swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Rolling throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Molina was covering up waiting for the punch and Rolling finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Rolling is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Molina is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Molina has escaped and now he's on top!

Rolling looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Molina has picked Rolling up and slammed him! Rolling can't keep hold of the triangle and Molina manages to pass to side control!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to David Rolling.
