The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
hart moves out of range as Blue strikes.
Blue throws a right and a left that hart avoids nicely.
Donk. Blue catches hart right on the button with a cross.
Blue connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Blue rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but hart moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
An inside leg kick lands from hart.

hart drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Blue is looking to reverse the position.

hart stands up and beckons Blue to his feet.
Blue swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Blue throws a looping overhand right but hart ducks down to avoid it.

hart pushes Blue up against the cage in a clinch.

Blue is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so hart is just riding it out for now. Blue eventually gives up the hold.

hart will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Blue stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. hart swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Blue passes hart's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Blue is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Blue is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but hart is surviving well by controlling Blue's body position as best he can.

hart is controlling an arm, preventing Blue from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Blue is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, hart has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Blue moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, hart has worked his arm free - good work by hart!
hart is looking for a sweep.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

hart bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
hart dodges the punch combination from Blue.

Blue is not content to let hart control the position.
Blue manages to work his way to half guard, despite hart's best efforts.

Blue has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for hart. Oh but Blue has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! hart goes limp - he's gone! Blue jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
