Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hercules Rockefeller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leonard Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hercules Rockefeller!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rockefeller darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Khan manages to get to full guard.
Khan looking for a sweep. Not yet Khan, not yet.
Rockefeller tries to free his leg and advance position but Khan is retaining full guard.

Khan looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Rockefeller trying to control but Khan is working from the bottom.
Khan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Rockefeller gets back to half guard.
Khan is thwarting Rockefeller's attempts to control the position.
Rockefeller is trying to get back to full guard.

Khan is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Rockefeller doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Khan.

Rockefeller slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Khan passes into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The fighters are battling for position here. Rockefeller manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Khan is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Rockefeller is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Rockefeller has escaped and now he's on top!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Khan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rockefeller gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Khan looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Rockefeller drops back looking for a leg! Khan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khan manages to kick Rockefeller off! Rockefeller jumps back into Khan's guard.
Rockefeller throws a big right hand that misses.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Khan is on top in guard.
Khan is pushing down on Rockefeller's leg trying to pass to half guard. Rockefeller is fighting to maintain full guard but Khan has managed to sneak the leg through.
Rockefeller wants to get back to full guard.
Khan is looking to take a break and control but Rockefeller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Rockefeller is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Khan pulls his head out easily.

Khan wants to pass to mount but Rockefeller is defending the position.

Khan decides to stand and escape the position.
Khan scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Khan shoots and misses

and Rockefeller counters by clinching up.
Khan wants to break free but Rockefeller has control.
Khan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rockefeller has him pressed against the cage.
Rockefeller drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Khan gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Khan's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Khan has had enough of the clinch but Rockefeller keeps him there for the moment.
Khan wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Rockefeller has him pressed against the cage.

Khan manages to get to full guard.
Khan lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Rockefeller!

Khan wants to finish this one by submission but Rockefeller is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Khan.
Khan tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment.
Khan seems to be looking to move to his opponent's back but Rockefeller is holding on tight.
Khan wants to get back to his feet but Rockefeller is holding on tight.
Khan prevents Rockefeller from getting the reversal.
Rockefeller is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Khan swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Rockefeller is now in Khan's guard. A big mistake from Khan there, giving up the dominant position!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Khan can't keep his opponent in guard - Rockefeller advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Rockefeller is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Leonard Khan will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Khan gets caught flat footed, as Rockefeller shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Rockefeller drops back looking for a leg! Khan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khan manages to kick Rockefeller off! Rockefeller jumps back into Khan's guard.

Rockefeller is trying desperately to improve position.
Rockefeller slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

Khan looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Rockefeller is pressing down on Khan's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rockefeller bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Khan's guard.
Khan can't keep his opponent in guard - Rockefeller advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Khan manages to get to full guard.
Khan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Khan passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Rockefeller!

Khan moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Rockefeller has worked his arm free - good work by Rockefeller!
Rockefeller tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Khan wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Rockefeller wants to control but Khan postures up.
Khan with the ground and pound but Rockefeller regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

Rockefeller is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Khan uses his free foot to push down on Rockefeller's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Rockefeller.

Khan goes for an armbar but Rockefeller turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rockefeller.

Khan has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Rockefeller is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Khan.
Rockefeller wants to lay and pray for a moment but Khan keeps working.
Khan sneaks back into half guard.

Rockefeller tries to pass to full mount but Khan defends it.

Khan is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Khan working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rockefeller doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rockefeller manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Rockefeller thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Hercules Rockefeller has got the better of the ground game so far.

Khan had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Rockefeller is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Khan Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Rockefeller's back instead.

Rockefeller manages to get to full guard.

A close second round but Hercules Rockefeller will probably get the nod - 10:9.

Khan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Rockefeller on the side of the head.
Khan connects with a stiff jab that staggers Rockefeller - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
