The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hornitos closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ubber to the mat! Ubber manages to get full guard.
Hornitos throwing strikes but missing.
Hornitos preventing the sweep.
Hornitos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Hornitos wants to stand and escape but instead Ubber has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Ubber tries to stand but Hornitos is controlling from the bottom.
Ubber wants to control from the top but Hornitos keeps moving.
Ubber prevents Hornitos from getting back to his feet.
Ubber with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Ubber trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Ubber has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Hornitos is proving hard to escape from.
Hornitos avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Ubber wants to stand but Hornitos is controlling his posture from full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hornitos shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ubber's guard.

Hornitos is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Ubber has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Hornitos is looking to defend but Ubber has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Hornitos! Ubber pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Hornitos taps out and this one is all over!
