Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Retri Paladin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Poraido Brando (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paladin has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paladin throws a jab but it's blocked by Brando.
Paladin throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brando.
Brando moves out of range as Paladin strikes.
Paladin just misses with a punch to the body.
Paladin thows a body shot but no joy.
Brando scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Brando lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Brando.

Retri Paladin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Brando uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Paladin has time to react.

Brando has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Oh Paladin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Paladin with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Brando to score with a decent uppercut.

Brando closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Brando throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Paladin stumbling backwards into the cage! Paladin bounces back off the cage towards Brando, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Brando lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Brando celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
