Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ki Law (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Le Bard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Law comes to the cage accompanied by Soulja Boy. Ki Law could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Le Bard's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Law misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bard.

Law drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Law drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Bard manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Law has Bard in his guard.

Law working for a triangle but Bard defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bard loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Bard drops back, looking for a kneebar! Law looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Law looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Law!

Bard is pressing down on Law's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Law tries to free his leg and advance position but Bard is retaining full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Bard postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Law is looking for a triangle but Bard pushes his legs off easily.

Law has his foot on Bard's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bard works his way back into a safe position though.
Law is breathing heavily.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Bard throws a leg kick which misses Law's front leg but catches the back leg as Law tries to avoid it.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Bard - that will leave a mark!
Bard goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Bard lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Ki Law has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bard dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Law. That did some damage!
Bard bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Law's head.
The crowd cheers as Bard lands an impressive looking overhand right. Law doesn't seem phased though.

Bard connects with a jab.
Bard lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Law backs up against the cage.

Bard lands a left and a right that send Law crashing to the mat, dazed. Bard thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Law is rocked!
Bard dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Bard changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Bard lands a hook that stumbles Law back into the cage. Bard follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Law to the canvas! Bard pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Law has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
