Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diego Guerra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Battling Bob (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Guerra comes to the cage accompanied by Feeling This - Blink 182. Bob has chosen Ace of Base - Beautiful Life as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Battling Bob enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Diego Guerra!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Battling Bob!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Emerson Jorge and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Guerra takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Bob throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Guerra was covering up waiting for the punch and Bob finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Bob slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Well, with Bob on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Guerra is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Bob gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Bob apologises and we restart here on the feet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bob lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
