Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Norman Bates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bates comes into the arena with Dance Hall Days blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bates looks to land a right hand but Santos moved out of range.
Bates tries to close the distance and clinch up but Santos swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Santos looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Santos.
Norman Bates seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bates throws a looping overhand right but Santos ducks down to avoid it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Santos.
Bates is looking for a sweep.
Bates is trying to control Santos's posture but Santos avoids it.
Santos has an Americana. Bates didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Santos is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Santos hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
