Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Cid Saturday!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McBryant wants to clinch.
McBryant tries to close the distance and clinch but Saturday swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Saturday rushes McBryant and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A short uppercut from Saturday.
McBryant wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Saturday manages to break the clinch.
McBryant closes the distance but Saturday moves to the side

and Saturday counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Saturday wants to pass the guard but McBryant is keeping the position.

Saturday stands up and waves to McBryant to follow him.

Saturday forces McBryant back against the cage and clinches.

McBryant prevents Saturday from breaking the clinch.
McBryant tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
McBryant has Saturday pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Saturday manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Saturday gets control of McBryant's arms and successfully pulls guard. Saturday will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Saturday stands up.
McBryant closes the distance looking to clinch
and Saturday counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

McBryant stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and McBryant wants it to stay on the feet.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Saturday lands a shoulder strike.

Saturday breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Saturday dives in and grabs McBryant's left leg, looking for a takedown. McBryant pushes down on Saturday's head and hops out.

Saturday has closed the distance and engaged McBryant in a clinch.

Saturday has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed McBryant clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Saturday pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Saturday holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Saturday lands with a short shot to the head.
Saturday lands a hook that snaps the head of McBryant backwards.
McBryant tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Saturday smiles and moves away.
Saturday closes this distance looking for a takedown but McBryant circles away.

McBryant closes the distance and pushes Saturday back into the cage.
McBryant misses with a knee to the head.
Saturday changes levels and goes for a takedown here. McBryant fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Saturday throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McBryant's waist but McBryant gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Saturday off to one side.

Saturday looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? McBryant is fending him off so far but Saturday persists. Nope, McBryant circles away and we're back to standing.

Saturday is breathing heavily.
Saturday looking to pass the guard.
Saturday trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but McBryant manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

McBryant is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Saturday is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Saturday has escaped and now he's on top!

Saturday decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on McBryant, up you get!

Saturday wants to sweep but no luck.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

McBryant drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Saturday manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now McBryant has Saturday in his guard.

McBryant is working an open guard so Saturday takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Cid Saturday showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Saturday stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Saturday fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Saturday gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and McBryant holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Paul McBryant has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cid Saturday.
Saturday keeps control of McBryant as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Saturday jumps guard and drags McBryant to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Cid Saturday comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Saturday has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
