Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raoul Duke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kazuo Taoka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taoka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Duke as he jumps to the side.
Duke shoots and misses
and Taoka counters with a shoot takedown. Duke fights it but they end up in guard.
Taoka is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Duke is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Taoka is aware though and is defending well.

Taoka has hold of Duke's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Duke manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Taoka wants to finish this one by submission but Duke is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Taoka.

Taoka goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Duke is on top in guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Duke goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Taoka has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Duke but great work by Taoka.
