Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between marcio bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig Wozniak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wozniak gets a clinch.
Wozniak has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. bull is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Wozniak is working bull over against the cage.

Wozniak tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

bull looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Wozniak is looking to control bull's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wozniak avoid being mounted?

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

bull is looking for a kimura but Wozniak is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for bull to get the leverage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wozniak shoots for a takedown but bull saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Wozniak ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Wozniak forces bull back against the cage and clinches.
Wozniak tries to pull guard but bull won't allow it.
Wozniak crunches a lovely knee into bull's ribcage.

Wozniak gets control of bull's arms and successfully pulls guard. Wozniak will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Wozniak really doesn't want to stay on the ground with bull. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wozniak's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
bull wanted to stand there but Wozniak had control of the position.
Wozniak has his hands on bull's head, controlling the position.

Craig Wozniak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Despite being in the dominant position, Craig Wozniak just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Wozniak doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.

Well Wozniak has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
