Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Willis Young (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Davis has chosen the Offspring - Beheaded as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Willis Young!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Duke Davis!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Elvis Blanc and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Davis misses with a head kick.
Davis throws a body punch but Young moves out of range.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Davis escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Young takes a jab right on the kisser.
Davis ducks under a wild hook from Young.
Young fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Davis getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Young shoots for a double leg takedown but Davis sprawls well. He's pushed Young's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Young takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Young seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Davis for as long as he can get away with.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
