PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Einstian Attila (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mnogo Jaksic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jaksic is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Drowning Pool - Bodies. Jaksic has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. The key to victory for Einstian Attila has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Einstian Attila!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attila throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jaksic looks gassed!

Attila rushes Jaksic and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Attila escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Jaksic throws a sloppy head kick and Attila moves out of range easily.
Jaksic throws a right hand that Attila ducks under and follows up with a left that Attila also avoids with ease.
Jaksic tries to bum rush Attila with a series of wild strikes but Attila uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Attila tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Attila has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd cheers as Jaksic lands an impressive looking overhand right. Attila doesn't seem phased though.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
