The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Watanabe connects with a solid leg kick.
Watanabe throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Case lands with an overhand left.

Watanabe throws a sloppy head kick and Case moves out of range easily.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Case chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Watanabe can pounce on him.

Case stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Watanabe.

A head kick by Watanabe - that's a beauty! Case is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Watanabe can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
