PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roger Hansen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will McRoberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hansen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I dont believe a word. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen takes a jab right on the kisser.
McRoberts is looking to score with low kicks.
McRoberts throws a right hand that Hansen ducks under and follows up with a left that Hansen also avoids with ease.
No joy there for McRoberts, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hansen lands with a slapping head kick.

It looks like Will McRoberts has been cut.
Hansen tries to close the distance and clinch up but McRoberts swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hansen lands with an overhand left.
McRoberts throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hansen takes a swing at McRoberts's ribcage but misses.
Hansen checks a low kick from McRoberts.

McRoberts gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Hansen wants to break free but McRoberts has control.
Hansen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but McRoberts has him pressed against the cage.
McRoberts is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Hansen escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McRoberts fails to land with a series of punches.
A combination from McRoberts does no damage.
Hansen swings for the body but McRoberts moves out of range.
McRoberts will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Hansen lands a left and a right that send McRoberts crashing to the mat, dazed. Hansen thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

McRoberts is rocked!

A punch combination from McRoberts misses.
The fighters circle, before Hansen throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into McRoberts's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Hansen lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
