Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Udo Brutmaier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rat Scabies (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brutmaier comes to the cage accompanied by Megadeth - Headcrusher. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scabies throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Brutmaier.
Scabies throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Scabies throws a series of punches but Brutmaier moves out of range.
Scabies tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Brutmaier instigates a clinch.
Brutmaier jumps guard but Scabies stands there with Brutmaier around his waist. Brutmaier gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Scabies has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

The referee is keeping an eye on Brutmaier - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Scabies is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Scabies changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Brutmaier looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Scabies has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Scabies clobbers Brutmaier with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Scabies throws a front kick aimed at Brutmaier's knee but Brutmaier avoids it well.

Brutmaier tries to close the distance and clinch but Scabies swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Brutmaier tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Scabies smiles and moves away.

Scabies goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Brutmaier knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scabies on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
